0018 This is special XATMI server which must be present before any XATMI server which
0019 might be subject for cache usage. The server shall be booted in single instance.
0020 The idea is that this server process will load all caches (under given CCTAG if
0021 any) and will process their 'bootreset' flags of the databases. Thus it will clear
0022 up any caches which at startup must be cleaned up. Also note that this clean-up
0023 call is not broadcasted to other Enduro/X cluster nodes. The clean up consists
0024 of removeing "data.edb" and "lock.edb" files from resource directory.
